Exercises for health //

In almost all cases, rehabilitative exercise is a vital part of returning to health. It is important to perform these exercises regularly and in the way they have been described to you by your therapist. When it comes to rehab, its not just what you do, it is also the way you do it!


The exercises below are provided as reminders to help Samuel's patients get to grips with their rehab. They are not to be performed without consulting an osteopath or other registered specialist. Many thanks to the British Osteopathic Association for allowing me to use their excellent videos.
